We are looking for a skilled and experienced Head of IBP and Planning, EMEA to join our Supply Chain organisation in Zaventem, Belgium.

The Head of IBP and Planning EMEA will develop and execute a best-in-class end to end IBP process in EMEA region that improves business, operational efficiencies, business expansion, optimise inventory performance, while improving OTIF and reducing slow moving and obsoletes. You will be responsible for managing the monthly IBP governance in EMEA with direct responsibility for also developing IBP meetings with the Executive leadership on monthly basis.

As a leader within our Hologic International Supply Chain, you will manage the EMEA Planning team with clear focus on creating customer delight and efficiencies, throughout driving planning automation, as well as IBP consistent improvements.

What to expect

  • Develop and facilitate the execution of the monthly IBP/ S&OP across the EMEA organization.

  • Lead monthly meetings and governance; tracking progress to plan and identify corrective actions, while collaborating with key stakeholders.

  • Design and implement new planning processes, driving inventory optimization.

  • Document and communicate key actions and decisions to drive organizational alignment around the optimized plan within Divisions / Manufacturing plants / Supply Chain / Commercial and Finance organizations.

  • Establish appropriate KPIs to measure the effectiveness of Planning and IBP/S&OP process.

  • Develop and align monthly demand plan for the Divisions and manage Divisional challenges through stakeholder engagement.

  • Identify and highlight opportunities and risks in business and operations plans and work with commercial/ operations teams to mitigate the same.

  • Support demand and supply planning measures and controls with a closed loop root cause and corrective action process to improve forecast accuracy and right inventory levels.

  • Support and identify supply and demand issues (and gaps to plan), identify scenarios to mitigate, and prepare recommendations for Global leadership review.

  • Develop and lead the allocation process of constrained products and executes the strategy through Divisional and local partners.

  • Integrate key processes including but not limited to customer forecasts, statistical forecast models, installed based service models, market intelligence, inventory plans, product life cycle.

  • Coach your direct reports. Ensures that their performance plans meet organizational objectives. Develop a succession plan. Establishes performance expectations, skill, and competency development plans for their team.

  • Cycle plans, operational capabilities, and external supply chain partners to generate an optimized global plan.

  • Achieve NPI’s including process, application support tools, policies, and control mechanisms.

  • Establishes the mechanism to track overall IBP/S&OP process maturity and lead key process improvement initiatives.

  • Leads enhancements and automation in Oracle and Rapid Response (Kinaxis) supported by IT applications
