Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:Current registration with the CDR as an RD or certification as a Dietitian-Nutritionist by the NYSED, and one year of post­ registration/certification experience proving dietetic services to individuals.

Duties Description DUTIES DESCRIPTION:The Dietitian reviews the camper’s application for any special dietary needs. The incumbent works directly with the Head Cook to ensure all dietary needs are met, makes certain the Head Cook is aware of any food allergies a camper may have and plans for each camper’s dietary needs as stated on their camp application.
