Job Details Job Location Wenatchee - Wenatchee, WA Position Type Full Time   Salary Range $20.00 - $24.00 Hourly Travel Percentage Up to 50% Description Wage Range $20 - $24 Hourly Benefits * Medical/Dental * FSA * 403(b) Retirement * Additional Voluntary Benefits * Paid Holidays * Vacation/Sick Leave * Education Assistance Program * Employee Assistance Program * Longevity awards Position Summary: The Mobile Crisis Intervention Program Coordinator position will have responsibility for providing direct support and oversight of program and service related duties and support to Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) case management and peer certified counseling staff members through modeling appropriate behaviors, training staff members, chart monitoring, and daily schedule adherence, in addition to providing support for direct crisis intervention services with individuals seeking services on a walk-in basis. The Program Coordinator provides Mobile Outreach follow up support services to individuals experiencing acute emotional crises, with the goal to stabilize the individuals crises in the least restrictive setting possible and support them through follow up services that ensure client is connected or reconnected to any and all available and eligible services. Appropriately utilizes crisis intervention techniques within scope of practice for individual and community stabilization. Program Coordinator duties include but are not limited to providing direction, modeling appropriate behavior, training and guidance of case management and peer certified counseling staff providing services in the community. Assist in monitoring currently enrolled follow-up client charts; inventory and ordering of needed program supplies, inventory and purchasing of program food and meal items, assisting in assessment of program and identifying areas of improvement. This position will partner with Mobile Crisis Intervention Team (MCI) MHPs and Associate Director to implement identified improvements to the program. Responsibilities: Direct Service Duties Provide direct services to ensure seeking services on a Walk-in referral basis and/or in need of crisis follow up services Provides documentation for services provided, documents congruently whenever possible and completed all notes by the end of the business days: Appropriately utilizes crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques for community based individual stabilization by accurately assessing risk to self, others or property; implements appropriate clinical decisions based upon intervention and assessment data Provides treatment planning: Assists in developing an appropriate follow up plan of treatment to further support the individuals functioning and recovery after the initial crisis contact either as part of that initial crisis contact appointment or as follow up the following day, week, month, 3 months, or 6 months. Supports recovery concepts by incorporating the individuals and their familys strengths, and needs into the plan components. Establishes and maintains working relationships with community resources Works with hospital liaison, outpatient staff and PACT team members as well as other professionals in the community to coordinate care in relationship to individuals mental health needs. Communicates with internal and external interdisciplinary team members to facilitate good clinical management of individuals with serious mental illness and coordinates treatment with other providers as indicated Facilitates linkages to medical providers or other community resources when appropriate.
