Wage: $34.51-$37.20 Discretionary Sign On Bonus - $2,000 Possible Relocation Position Summary: This position will have responsibility for providing Clinical Mental Health Services to children, families, and adults in an outpatient community mental health clinic. Responsibilities will include intakes, diagnosis, case management, and mental health treatment services to identified children, families, and adults. Responsibilities: Provide intake assessments, diagnosis, and ongoing culturally sensitive treatment using Evidenced Based Practices to children, families and adults. Provide therapy groups for individuals. Develop clinical treatment plans which focus on client strengths, culture, needs, and goals within the briefest time frame for successful achievement. Participate in ongoing Continuous Quality Improvement to assure the services provided demonstrate best practice standards and meet all contractual requirements. Actively participate in individual and group supervision, clinical staff meetings, and other multi-disciplinary meetings Staff cases which require specialist consultations and psychiatric consultations as required Coordinate client treatment with schools, physicians, and other community resources and referrals to community services whenever necessary Practice confidentiality per HIPAA in all related program functions with staff and clients Establish and maintain working relationships with other community mental health providers, primary care, and other referral sources. Provide services and maintain records in a timely manner to meet contract requirements, level of care standards, and Catholic Charities agency guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: The following requirements are those that are normally required for performance of this position. Physical Requirements: This position normally requires the physical demands of standing, walking, bending, lifting or performing other work requiring low physical exertion, talking and hearing on a regular basis to perform the job requirements. These physical demands are required up to 80% of the time. Position also requires the ability to drive with adequate vision. Non-Physical Requirements: Education Master's degree in social work preferred or master's degree in other Behavioral Sciences required. Experience Experience working with children, families, and adults in a professional outpatient setting preferred. Mental Health Professional (MHP) designation or eligible Special Skills Operate from a strengths-based perspective Strong clinical assessment skills and knowledge Possess good verbal and written communication skills and excellent documentation skills Ability to provide service in a culturally sensitive manner Ability to work independently and as a team member Ability to work in a collaborative manner with referral sources Ability to represent the agency in a professional manner within the community Bilingual Preferred, but not required Licensure, Registration,
