Job Title: Safety Coordinator Pay Rate: $25/hr Schedule: Monday to Friday

Position Overview: We're seeking a dedicated Safety Coordinator to play a crucial role in promoting and maintaining a safe working environment. The position is pivotal in our operations, focusing on creating safety programs, managing injury follow-ups, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety incentive programs.

• Manage injury follow-ups and collaborate with regulatory bodies (L&I, OSHA).

• Promote safety awareness through effective communication and training.

• Analyze incidents, identify risks, and implement preventive measures.

• Maintain safety documentation, including programs, manuals, and training materials.

• Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in safety coordination, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
