Program Manager - Turtle Lake, WI Job Purpose: Program (Design) Mgr : Manages the development and implementation process of a company\'s products and services. Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending. Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule and within budget constraints. Develops and procures Plastic Injection tooling for new and existing customer part designs. Manages the development and implementation process of Sanmina\'s products and services, involving departmental and cross-functional teams, focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plans and directs resource schedules and budgets, at times in excess of \$500k. Manages several projects simultaneously, from initiation, to delivery, and through the end of a product\'s lifecycle. Organizes all interdepartmental activities, ensuring completion of projects on schedule and within budget constraints. Drives positive change within the organization by seeking out and implementing process enhancements and continuous improvements. Nature of Duties: Work closely with customers on part design for manufacturability for Plastic Injection Molding, assuring that Sanmina can process an acceptable product once tool is built.
