Your Impact:

As a BIM Project Leader, you will spearhead the integration of advanced computational design tools into our operations. Utilizing Revit Dynamo, you will automate repetitive design tasks, enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of our project deliverables. This role not only streamlines our processes but also frees up engineering time for innovative and complex problem-solving, thereby elevating the quality and innovation of our designs.

You will continuously explore new technologies and methodologies in computational design, leading the adoption of cutting-edge techniques that advance our design practices. Your efforts will ensure kW Mission Critical Engineering remains a leader in designing technologically advanced facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the ICT design team in drafting and modeling projects using BIM software (Revit).

  • Independently handle a variety of BIM/CAD design assignments across multiple engineering disciplines.

  • Produce accurate 2D drawings and 3D BIM models using Revit.

  • Design low voltage systems for buildings, including telecommunications, audio-visual, security, and electrical/mechanical controls.

  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to identify design challenges and provide technical solutions, using tools like BIM360/ACC.

  • Offer technical support and guidance to other team members.

  • Create computational solutions to complex Revit MEP problems using Dynamo & Python.

  • Mentor and lead the Telecom design team and junior designers.

Who You Are:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

  • 5+ years of experience using Revit & Navisworks within the A/E/C industry.

  • High proficiency with Autodesk BIM tools including Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

  • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software packages.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-starter.

  • Ability to travel to project sites and uphold workplace safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

  • Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit.

  • Experience in mission-critical/data center projects.

  • Experience with international projects.

  • RCDD and/or DCDC certifications.
