The Facility and Grounds Coordinator (FGC) is responsible for completing building inspections of the six-seven bus garages in the PHT service area, addressing repairs indoors and out, and ensuring the grounds are maintained. The FGC must have computer skills to complete forms and records. Preference given to applicants who are proficient in computer drawings. The FGC will assistin project management and be able to follow regulatory requirements of the SDDOT. Will be able to manage outside contracts with construction and repair contractors as well as snow removal companies. Must have the physical ability to run equipment such as hand tools, snow blowers, snow plows, lawnmowers, skid-steer loaders, and other related machinery. The Facility and Grounds Coordinator may be required to work in inclement weather with fluctuating temperatures and varying precipitation levels. Must be able to work under time pressures and meet deadlines. Must be willing to comply with the random drug/alcohol testing according to established policy ]{lato",serif"=""}
