Job Description:

We are seeking a Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 40 et 8 Veterans Club located in Shelton, WA. If you have experience in bar management, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and a flair for creativity, we want to hear from you!

 

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute marketing strategies, events, and promotions to drive business.

Staff Leadership: Hire, train, and supervise bartenders, servers, and support staff to deliver outstanding customer service.

Inventory Management: Control inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain accurate records to optimize costs.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a welcoming atmosphere, address customer concerns, and create memorable experiences.

Menu Development: Craft innovative drink menus, pricing, and promotions to attract and retain a diverse clientele.

Compliance: Enforce all safety, health, alcohol licensing and gambling regulations, and promote responsible service.

Financial Oversight: Manage the budget, track expenses, and implement strategies for profitability.

Maintenance: Oversee bar area and equipment maintenance to ensure cleanliness and functionality.

Security: Implement security measures to maintain a safe environment for staff and patrons.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and financial transactions.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues such as customer complaints, staff conflicts, and equipment malfunctions.

Team Motivation: Provide leadership and motivation to create a positive work environment.

Yearly Salary - $48,000 - $50,000 (dependent on experience)

Interviews: Tentatively to be held March 25th, 2024

 

Qualifications:

Experience as a Manager or similar role.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong knowledge of beverage trends, mixology, and menu development.

Understanding of health, safety, and alcohol regulations.

Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and optimize profitability.

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Creative and innovative mindset.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
