We are considering Entry Level Coastal Engineer candidates who meet the following basic qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Coastal & Oceanographic Engineering.
Master's Degree in relatable studies, or minimum of 1 year of experience.
Coastal engineering technical skills in coastal processes a plus.
Design experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D considered a plus.
Responsibilities include:
Work with the coastal experts across GRAEF offices, completing design calculations for coastal engineering projects such as seawall design, beach nourishment, coastal structures, coastal restoration, drainage and flood control and coastal impact assessments.
Conduct field work including inspection and observations.
Professional society involvement and attendance at professional conferences and summits.
