JOB SUMMARY:

Shuttle Drivers transport Members to and from school and other sites within designated route(s) and ensure the safety of Members while in a Club van. Drivers are responsible for the safe operation of a Club van and for ensuring the safety of passengers while meeting established route schedules.

KEY ROLES (Essential Job Responsibilities):

• Drives 16 passenger vans and large school bus in accordance with time schedules; picking up and dropping off Members at designated destinations.

``` - Maintains order and proper discipline of youth while in the vehicle.

``` - Conduct safety and operational inspection of assigned vehicles.

``` - Services vehicles with gas and fills tires as needed. - Maintains cleanliness of vehicle to ensure safe operating condition. - Completes mileage and other reports which may include passenger counts. - Attend various meetings regarding safety, first aid, and trainings as required. - Fulfills other duties as assigned by supervisor.

``` - Experience working with youth/children a plus

Additional Requirements:

• 21 years of age or older required to meet driving requirements
• Must be able to sit upright for extended periods of time (three hours or more consecutively)
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds sporadically during a regular work shift
• Must be able to be physically active (bend, kneel, reach, stretch, etc.) throughout a regular work shift
