ABOUT THE ROLE

Location: Saginaw, Michigan (On-Site/Remote Hybrid)

As a Human Resources Administrator at Morley, you'll assist with a variety of tasks that rely on your technical, interpersonal and prioritization skills. We're looking for someone with administrative experience, preferably in human resources, and a positive attitude to ensure our department runs efficiently, so that we can provide extraordinary experiences for our Morley Family!

Work Location

You'll work in a friendly, casual environment at our corporate office in Saginaw Township, close to shopping and restaurants. You'll also have access to our free on-site workout facility and enjoy perks such as tickets to local events. In the future, some work from home days on a scheduled rotation may be granted based on performance and business need.

What You'll Do

  • Provide administrative support in managing HR accounts and channels in Microsoft Outlook and Teams
    • Manage HR email correspondence and calendars, including arrangements for meetings and travel
    • Maintain HR Teams channels to ensure members have access to essential internal HR information
  • Support HR leadership, HR Consultants and General Counsel with administrative tasks as requested
    • Assist HR Consultants with projects, reports and trackers
    • Gather data and prepare standard and custom Excel reports that will inform decision-making, including monthly reporting and status reports tied to HR KPI tracking
    • Perform routine internal audits of associate data and participate in external and client-driven audits as directed
    • File documents and pull data from associate files as requested
    • Help complete unemployment agency statements and forms
    • Help collect and validate data relevant to our clients' contractual terms
    • Author work instructions and manage the library of HR work instructions
    • Assist with arrangements for HR-driven events
  • Review monthly invoices from third-party vendors to validate associate names and job numbers
  • Maintain compliance of both on-site and state-specific electronic labor postings across the enterprise
  • Monitor and maintain a sufficient inventory of office supplies
  • Provide backup coverage to Reception

SKILLS FOR SUCCESS

  • Knowledgeable with computer applications for word and data processing, including the use of pivot tables in Excel
  • Ability to gather and prepare standard and custom reports with relevant information for decision-making and can assemble presentation-ready data
  • Have a positive, self-starter attitude with a solid work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively build relationships and have a positive impact on everyone from front-line associates to leadership
  • Ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to confidentiality and composure, with an awareness of privacy laws

Eligibility Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years of administrative experience
  • Able to work on site in Saginaw, Michigan, as required
