Responsibilities

  • Sucker Rod Handling, Storage and Shipping.

  • PCP (Progressing Cavity Pumps): Receiving, handling, testing and shipping out to client.

  • Rod Pump assembly (workshop).

  • Assist the client with PCP installations when required.

  • Assist the client with troubleshooting of the wells when required.

  • Rotaflex and Beam Pumping Units assistance (Commissioning, plan maintenance)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Weatherford Roma, QLD Australia is urgently seeking anArtificial Lifting Systems (ALS) Coordinator(Reciprocating Rod Lift, Progressing Cavity Pumps, Smart Jet Lift, Gas Lift).

This role is responsible to ensure that Weatherford Artificial Lifting Systems are providing the highest quality of service with our operations to clients, with an emphasis on QHSE, and are maximizing prospective business opportunities within the marketplace through technical solutions, client support and increasing profitability to the Weatherford organization.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Equivalent Mechanical / Petroleum Engineering / Process Engineer degree is essential.

  • Experience in Artificial Lift Systems is essential.

  • 5-10 Years of Reciprocating Rod Lift and Progressing Cavity Pump Experience of Complete Supervision and project completions are highly preferred.

  • Experience on Weatherford Artificial Lift Systems products, service and technology is highly preferred.

  • Design/Application Engineering with the help of Evaluation Software’s

  • Good English language communication skills, spoken & written.

  • Knowledge of: MS Computer Software including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint

  • Knowledge of all aspects of safety management

  • Technical: Appropriate standard of technical knowledge as defined by competencies

  • Possess strong customer service skills, i.e. listening, follow-through, and willingness to help.

  • Good understanding and knowledge of QHSE Management systems.

  • Basic working knowledge surrounding occupational health and safety and corporate regulatory compliance.

  • Good understanding and knowledge of web-based ERP systems (JD Edwards)

    MOBILISATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Based in Roma, QLD Australia.

  • We will support your relocation if you are open to relocating to Roma.

  • Not open to fly in and fly out.

  • Travel requirement would be 10% going to the field with the client, 90% in the Roma facility.

  • Standard work hours of 8am – 5pm

  • Immediate start preferred.
