SUMMARY
The Senior Executive Writer is responsible for leading the day-to-day development and execution of communications to support Rochester Regional Health's Chief Executive Officer, as well as supporting the health system's overarching thought leadership platform. Drive and define the thought leadership platform for the CEO to amplify his voice within health care and tell The RRH story.

ATTRIBUTES
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Public Health, or a related field. Advanced degrees in relevant areas are a plus.
- 8-10 years of experience in related field
- C-Suite Communications. Serve as primary communications liaison for the CEO and lead the day-to-day development and execution of executive communications from the CEO's office.
- Content Creation. Create and drive clearly defined CEO messages across all channels, reaching and engaging key stakeholders, including business partners, donors, team members, local communities, media, and other influencers, policymakers, and regulatory authorities. Manage end-to-end CEO-related messages, including weekly/monthly updates, major events and recognition programs, social media, speeches, thought leadership opportunities, video messages, presentations, and board memos that align with the overall communica/tions strategy. Create compelling CEO presentations and digital assets in partnership with the creative and design team.
- Collaboration. Oversee the creation and execution of a robust CEO content strategy for earned media opportunities and social media channels in partnership with communication and social media team members. Work collaboratively with health system entity leadership and peers to identify high-impact communications opportunities to enhance CEO image and reputation. Work seamlessly with marketing, communications, and public relations team members to align messaging and ensure consistency in the portrayal of the health system's initiatives.

PAY RANGE: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
