Supervises the daily activities of environmental services associates in assigned areas, acting as a liaison between environmental services associates and management to ensure service excellence. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Three (3) year of housekeeping experience with one (1) year previous supervisory duties. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Investigates and addresses complaints regarding poor housekeeping service. 4. Provides training to the housekeeping staff and maintain staffing levels within budget. 5. Regularly takes inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed. 6. Suggests ways to increase productivity through the use of labor saving equipment or supplies. 7. Assists in personnel matters within department.
