Assemble several components into a final assembly using a set of instructions

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow a set of written instruction without deviation.
• Handle parts and components carefully to avoid inadvertent dings and nicks.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, to determine simple dimensional requirements
• Operate shop equipment safely
• Assist in other areas as required

• Capacity to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Capable of computing rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Is occasionally required to lift up to 75 pounds.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Three months related experience and/or training; or
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
