Paycom Online NCS Specialist in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

The NCS Specialist is responsible for onboarding and guiding new clients to achieve their first successful payroll within Paycom. The NCS Specialist will help educate new clients, customize system setup to client’s needs, and ensure the smooth adoption of the Paycom solution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement Paycom’s solutions to clients, following Paycom’s guidelines, and in accordance with the client’s expectations

  • Proactively anticipates client(s) needs and assesses risk

  • Completes conversion of data through Paycom’s internal systems to ensure data integrity

  • Holds internal and external partners accountable to project objectives and timelines

  • Easily adapts to internal process changes and stays up to date on product developments

  • Ensures accuracy of all aspects of client setup

  • Actively drives the company vision through the utilization of the Paycom solution

  • Communicates and collaborates effectively with clients and colleagues to establish cordial and effective working relationships

  • Makes independent decisions on problem resolution that are consistent with Paycom policies and procedures

  • Provides guidance and training to team members as they are learning new skills

  • Demonstrates initiative by constantly looking for and recommending ways to improve the Implementation process and client experience

  • Adheres to all policies of Paycom, including those outlined in the Paycom Employee Handbook

Qualifications

Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field

Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills while managing multiple tasks or projects

  • Software troubleshooting experience

  • Consistently and effectively executes client meetings with business acumen

  • Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team

  • Intermediate knowledge of the industry, product, and processes

  • Detail oriented and consistently delivers high-quality results

  • Intermediate project management and planning skills

  • Maintains professional appearance and calm demeanor

  • Ability to prioritize objectives

  • Intermediate problem solving and conflict resolution skills

  • Writes clearly and informatively

  • Bilingual preferred (Ability to read, write and translate in both English and Spanish)
