We're looking for a BIM / Digital Delivery Professional is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our client's business ( multiple U.S remote locations will be considered ).  Join us and you’ll have the chance to work on projects including state of the art industrial and commercial facilities.

In this role, you will be expected to perform the following:

  • Oversee the implementation of BIM on new projects

  • Assist with or take ownership for writing the BIM Execution Plan and defining the BIM scope

  • Implement company and client BIM Standards on projects

  • Assist project teams with setup/utilization of NavisWorks and 3D Software

  • Perform some QA/QC on design models

  • Maintain integrated BIM model, run clash detection reports and maintain issues log

  • Work with a Space Coordinator to ensure designers are producing clash-free designs

  • Participate in Design Review and Clash Resolution meetings

  • Work closely with and ability to represent the PM at high profile meetings

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Experience serving as the BIM Subject Matter Expert (SME) for projects

  • Ability to troubleshoot software issues

  • Proficiency with at least one of the following: Revit Architecture, Revit Structure, Revit MEP or CADWorx

  • Proficiency with Navisworks Manage, including the ability to setup clash reports, rules and selection sets

  • Experience working with Excel to create client crash reports and other deliverables

Ideally, you will also have:

  • At least 12 years of experience with one of the MEP disciplines

  • Ability to provide Navisworks and other training as required

  • Ability to develop technical information and presentation material for response to RFP

  • Ability to research and stay current on BIM related software and technologies

  • Ability to participate in user group meetings for BIM related software

  • Ability to write batch, script and other automation programs

Hired applicants will be able to purchase company stock and have the opportunity to receive a performance discretionary bonus. The base salary for this position is $103,600 - $161,875. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations if remote. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
