Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 3rd shift Multifunction Driver to join our team in Oakwood.

$$ 3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$

(Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $500 a month for 6 months. Rehires qualify a year after termination.)

SHIFT HOURS: Sunday through Thursday 10:00pm-6:00am STARTING HOURLY RATE: $23.40 with the potential of increasing to 23.90 after 90 days PERKS: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

Job functions include:

• Transports/loads/unloads poults, eggs, hogs, and feed as scheduled
• Acts as a sub for other driving positions within the company as needed
• Performs pre and post trip inspections and reports any maintenance/repair needs immediately
• Maintains truck cleanliness; washes and disinfects truck as required

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age and have a Class A CDL
• Must have 2 years' driving experience, along with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to tolerate adverse weather conditions and dusty conditions
• Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time and safely climb ladders
