Our Menomonie, Wisconsin location is seeking a Mold Repairer to support our standard M-F 1st Shift Operations. Our Team This position will be responsible for repairing, maintain, and revise molds to ensure quality products with little to no guidance and/or assistance. Provide expertise and coordination for mold repair/revision projects support manufacturing of injection molded parts and assembly. What You Will Do Repair and revise molds and secondary tooling Troubleshoot complex mold problems and help keep production molds in efficient operating condition Assembly and disassembly of all components required in mold repair process Attend redline, AQP/PAR meetings if required Schedule repair/revision work in order to meet due dates Set up and operate toolroom equipment, including manual and/or CNC Subcontract to vendors providing the required information in coordination with mold manufacturing/repair managers Support/communicate with production team, other mold manufacturers/repairers, apprentices and engineers Troubleshoot and assemble manifold system Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) At least 2 + years of working with Repairing Molds and or Injection Molding experience What Will Put You Ahead Experience in troubleshooting equipment Mechanically inclined Two year degree in Machine Tooling or similar discipline This position is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship.
