Handle assembly, repair, or transportation manufacturing materials.

What is considered - US person?

A person who is:

1) a U.S. citizen,

2) a lawful permanent resident (often referred to as a green card holder) of the United States, or

• Stamp or notation, such as “asylum granted indefinitely” or the appropriate provision of law (8 CFR 274a.12(a)(5) or INA 208).
