We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial SEC Analyst with expertise in XBRL tagging, 10-Q and 10-K filings, and audit processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with SEC regulations and supporting our financial reporting and auditing function. Responsibilities

 Prepare consolidated financial statements and supporting schedules for reporting to investors and

Securities Exchange Commission, or SEC

 Prepare and post monthly consolidation entries for financial reporting

 Assist with quarterly communications sent to investors

 Communicate with external auditors regarding variance analysis and other inquiries as necessary

 Assist with the monthly financial close procedures

 Ensure financial results are accurately represented and in conformance with US GAAP

 Assist in preparation of budgets and analyzing budget to actual results

 Analyzing, researching, and explaining variances to plan

 Assist with generating and maintaining appropriate backup for auditor review and 404 compliance

 Assist in footnote preparation for quarterly 10-Q and annual 10-K SEC filings

 Prepare documentation in support of quarterly reviews and year-end audits

 Perform special accounting projects, as assigned
