We are seeking an innovative Content Policy Operations Specialist to support the Prime Video Trust & Safety Operations team to protect customers from copyright infringing content and demonstrate high judgement on account enforcement. Prime Video Trust & Safety programs aim to enable a globally trusted customer experience by ensuring that Prime Video (PV) provides content customers love and trust and accurate, meaningful and complete information to empowering customers to make informed viewing choices for themselves and their children.

We are looking for a highly motivated Content Policy Operations Specialist to help protect our customers against content-related risks, and drive projects to improve efficiency. This Content Policy Operations Specialist will be expected to handle day-to-day issues, but will also be expected to strategize on longer-term, program-wide initiatives.

The ideal candidate is:

  • Someone with a critical, yet empathetic mindset who can make high judgement decisions.

  • Independent who over-indexes on ownership and accountability.

  • A customer obsessed problem solver who can effectively prioritize work.

Key job responsibilities

  • Conduct manual reviews of global content policy compliance operations.

  • Make high judgement decisions on compliance actions.

  • Drive projects that improve support-related functions and processes, prioritizing ways to leverage technology and automate.

  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures by coordinating with Policy, Operations and Program teams.

  • Document comprehensive content investigations reports.

  • Help drive critical decisions by building dashboards/reports, analyzing metrics, and surfacing insights to improve efficiency.

  • Participate in ad-hoc projects/assignments as necessary.

  • Develop subject matter expertise in industry best practice.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

London, GBR

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience in Trust and Safety operations, program, law, risk management, investigations, content compliance, or content ratings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, or Turkish.

  • Strong collaboration skills. Proven ability to work across functions and across marketplaces to influence senior leaders

  • Intermediate SQL skills

  • Experience in threat intelligence research, such as investigating, researching, or analyzing current trends, news, and historical events

  • Organized, independent, and autonomous, able to set and meet own deadlines, and operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment; and

  • Ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems; identifying customer needs and inventing new and efficient ways to meet those needs
