Need 3 full time, temporary, seasonal Ag. Equipment Operators to work in Lismore, MN. From: 03/01/2024 - 12/31/2024 Work: 55 hrs./week, Mon.-Fri. 10 hrs./day, Sat. 5 hrs./day. 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. As required in Minnesota, all hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. Must Apply By: 08/01/2024 Note: Due to system rules, this job order will close before the recruitment period elapses on 08/01/2024, however a new job order will be created and posted for the remainder of the recruitment period. JOB DUTIES: Set, operate, and maintain all farming equipment to plant, cultivate, harvest, and haul grain and beans. Ranch work consisting of but not limited to calving cows, feeding, fencing, and farm maintenance. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Three (3) months experience, able to lift 100 lbs. repeatedly, able to obtain driver's license (Class D) within 30 days of hire, able to perform work that requires extensive sitting or walking and repetitive movements. No minimum education required. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
