Key Duties:

- - Serve as a resource for each operator in the Config Dept. - Will direct the production work flow within the department and ensure a consistent level of productivity; - Forecast and schedule chair demand for must ship purposes. - Address product/production process deviations; - Answer operator questions related to product assembly and work orders; - Assist supervisor in adhering to quality goals and systems; - Fulfill assembly duties as a Config operator when additional production capacity is needed; - Other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

Required knowledge/skills:

• Experienced in assembly of power wheelchairs.
• Ability to interact and assist coworkers in a positive manner.

Experience Required:

- - Preferred - three (3) years of experience in the assembly of powered wheelchairs; - Preferred - technical experience and knowledge of assemblyof allPermobil chair models; - Proven ability to effectively interact and communicate with people to foster a productive team; - Be one that is viewed as leading by example. - Good attendance is a must.
