Description

Our client is searching for a skilled professional to manage their membership and CRM systems built on Microsoft Dynamics 365. This key role provides insightful reports and dashboards, ensures data quality, and offers ongoing support to both internal and external clients. You'll collaborate with the IT team, train staff, and craft solutions for optimal data management and technology strategy.

Duties include:

• Managing Dynamics 365 for peak performance and data integrity.

• Administering the CRM system and ensuring its seamless operation.

• Creating and maintaining advanced reports and dashboards.

• Training staff on system usage and reporting tools.

• Providing technical support and solutions for data management.

Qualifications:

• Strong Dynamics 365 experience.

• 2+ years' experience with CRM and data/reporting management.

• Expertise in data models, mining, and segmentation.

• Extensive experience with SSRS, Power BI, and database management.

  Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Report Developer or similar role

• Proficient in MS Dynamics 365 Business Central and MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

• Strong experience with Microsoft SSRS and creating SSRS reports.

• Familiarity with SSRS - SQL Server Reporting Services.

• Proficient in Microsoft Power BI and SharePoint.
