Job Description

* Leads and directs the development and maintenance of the business process architecture for process improvement strategies and initiatives.

* Develops and maintains processes to improve efficiency and cost through the use of process methods, tools and modeling, process standards and guidelines, metric consultation and data analysis.

* Works with managers to scope, plan and establish business process direction and strategies.

* Facilitates the development of business case and risk analysis of process investment, returns, affordability and resource requirements.

* Provides guidance and implements data and information management standards; consolidates and simplifies process documents.

* Acts as liaison between customers and information technology organization to communicate and resolve issues related to computing system requirements.

Skills and Requirements

* 2+ years of experience with writing SQL queries and/or SQL server management

* 1+ years of experience with Tableau

* Working Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages (Visual Basic, etc)

* Experience with JIRA or GitLab

manager would prefer someone who has a background in manufacturing, engineering, or production * Working knowledge of ERP/ERPLN/ERPMART

* Working knowledge of Boeing Common Data Warehouse (CDW) and/or Teradata

* Working Knowledge of SSRS (SQL Server Reporting System)

* Working Knowledge of SharePoint

* 3 or more years' experience in a Manufacturing environment

* 3 or more years' experience working with multi-functional teams/organizations null
