Our mechanics are offered:

GREAT PAY – $38.56 / hour (based on qualifications)

SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS – 6%-8% of base hourly rate shift differential paid for applicable hours worked

FAST INCREASES – After 90 and 180 days (performance based)

$3000 SIGN ON BONUS – Payable in two increments

RELOCATION PACKAGES – Up to $7500 offered for out of state candidates

$500 QUARTERLY RETENTION BONUSES – Potential to earn up to $2000 each year

For work well done:

• Major and minor repairs, rebuilds, and overhauls of electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and prevent component level failure through the dismantling, cleaning, inspection, and testing of equipment and individual components

• Maintain PM schedules, logs, and scheduled testing, service, and repair

• Work with vendors and contractors to complete maintenance and repair initiatives on time

Qualifications

How to qualify:

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience

• 3+ years proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong technical knowledge of compressed air systems (pneumatics), electrical systems, hydraulics, and water processing

• Must have electrical knowledge of single and three phase power including the ability to diagnose and replace electric motors

• Proficient with mechanical drawings and OEM technical prints for parts identification

• Flexible to support Business needs; able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime, and to be able to work (On Call) in emergency situations
