Lighthouse Marine Gig Harbor, LLC Accounting/Admin/HR Specialist in Gig Harbor, Washington

We are a small (6-10 employees) but very busy marine repair company.  We are looking for a person that can handle day to day operations in Admin, HR, Account Payable and other office duties as needed.  This person will take information from a separate POS system and convert into QuickBooks.  Duties for accounts payable, month end reports and other accounting procedures uses Quickbooks and Excel. We do write some paper checks and manual input of credit card transactions. This person will also take care of the HR duties that are needed for the company, such as personnel files, updating company handbook, new hires.  Monitor insurance.  Other duties include Accident Prevention meetings and monitor L&I requirements.  Work order filing, monitor and order office supplies as needed, inventory help to other departments as needed.  This person will also keep website up to date for motor inventory, employee profile and other articles on website. We are looking for someone to take all the duties seriously and will be with the company for the long term.   Hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 1pm
