Adecco is assisting our client recruiting for Contact Center Coordinator in Freemont, Michigan. Here is your chance to be creative in finding solutions in this 12-month opportunity. This is a great job for an organized individual. This role would start at $15.00 per hour.

Contact Center Coordinator Associate jobs require candidates to manage engagement channels may include but not limited to phone, e-mail, live chat, SMS text, social media, eCommerce, ratings, and reviews. Pull through marketing brand promotions, facilitate eCommerce product transactions, upsell and cross sell where appropriate in alignment with business strategy.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Call Center Associate jobs: 

  • Skilled in Communication skills (verbal and written), Computer/systems knowledge, Problem solving skills.

  • High school diploma or GED

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
