NVR’s Architectural Services Department is looking for a talented individual to join the Print Operation. You will be responsible for printing, packaging and shipping architectural drawings and construction documents. If you are looking for a high-volume, fast paced environment, this position is for you.

Primary Responsibilities

• Receive, set up and print orders using HP and Plotworks technology.

• Handle large stacks of architectural drawings, which includes lifting, stacking, binding, and packaging for shipping.

• Safely and efficiently operate print equipment, as well as perform general maintenance. Track volume and inform supervisor when service is indicated.

• Handle inquiries regarding print orders and provide information and instructions as requested

• Package and distribute all outgoing mail.

  Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, planning and organizational abilities

• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced, professional team environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, involving frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, standing and stooping.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Outlook, etc)

• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, a plus

• Associates degree a plus
