Day in the Life of an Associate Subcontract EV Integration Analyst
We are looking for curious, adaptable, and self-driven individuals with a passion to innovate. Bring your experience and ideas to help us ensure the growth of our company by supporting the manufacturing and creation of our aircraft. No matter where you are in the company you are critical to the success of Bell. As an Associate Subcontract EV Integration Analyst at Bell, you can expect to beleading and providing major subcontractor Earned Value Management (EVM) and Financial Reporting to the Government customer, Bell program management, IPT Team Leaders and other team members. Responsibilities may include:
Ensure data integrity on monthly financial data from Major Subcontractors
Prepare validation reports for Program Management(include explaining changes to Price and EACs)
Validate all major subcontractor cost performance data for Government customer
Ensure integration and synchronization of cost and schedule EVM data.
Monitor, analyze, and report the earned value of major subcontractor program accomplishments
Work with Subcontract Management to ensure major subcontractors meet EV SDRL requirements
Team lead for major subcontractor Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR)
Train and prepare Technical, Cost and Schedule Leads for IBR
Work closely with other functional organizations, as required
Operate within the guidelines of all corporate and government regulations
Qualifications
What You Will Need to be Successful
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration – or similar discipline – is required.
3.0 minimum overall, undergraduate GPA strongly preferred
0-2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field
PC proficiency required in Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Excel

Strong data analytical skills
Ability to analyze and solve unstructured problems, and demonstrate initiative in making process improvements
Excellent cost analysis and schedule analysis skills
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be a self-starter and able to work well in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Experience in Earned Value System Management - preferred
Experience with Government Integrated Baseline Reviews or Schedule Risk Assessments – preferred
Experience with Government EV Reports (IPMDAR) – preferred
Experience with Earned Value Metrics - preferred
