About the Position
We are seeking a candidate willing to work as a truck driver and a professional communicator. Drive a tractor-trailer combination or a truck with a capacity of at least 26,001 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW). May be required to unload the truck. This person needs to be willing and able to operate heavy construction equipment such as forklifts, excavators, dozers and wheel loaders. This person must adhere to company policies and values and thrive working in a team setting.
This position will require travel between Washington, Idaho, and Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits
Starting pay range 30.00 to 33.00 per hour. Depending on experience.
Medical, vision, and dental insurance coverage is available on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.
401K match on eligible wages and available for eligible employees on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. IMCO offers 100% contribution matching up to 4% of the employee’s eligible wages.
Responsibilities
This is an overview of responsibilities and may not include all duties required for the position.
Safely and efficiently drive and operate a Semi truck with different options of trailers and configurations.
Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues.
Document and E-log work/rest periods and miles spent driving.
Comply with DOT driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures.
Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions.
Collect and verify delivery instructions.
Report defects, accidents, or violations.
Location & commitments
Location – Throughout Washington, Idaho and Oregon
8–10-hour shifts
Overtime may be available
Evening/weekend work may be necessary to meet milestones
Requirements and Qualifications
3-5 years of commercial driving experience
Commercial driver's license (Class A) required
Current and valid driver’s license, free of any major violations
DOT Medical Card
Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
Pre-employment drug testing
Criminal background check
Adhere to all safety requirements
Commitment to teamwork, safe work practices, and integrity
