Responsibilities We have an exciting opportunity for a proven technical expert in the Repair & Calibration of Test and Measurement Equipment. This is a role for a key individual who will support calibration of test systems at the customer site in the Kirkland WA area, performing calibration on primarily Keysight products. Specific duties include: Establish and maintain close communication with customers to ensure optimal performance of customers' and Keysight Technologies' test equipment assets Ensure compatibility between customer expectation and support provided by Keysight Technologies. Evaluate test failures, distinguishing between hardware & system software to determine if repair or re-alignment is required Perform calibration and adjustment procedures on Keysight products after repairs Understand, and utilize PC based software as required Install software and firmware upgrades that may include re-image of the customer's instrument Ability to Perform repairs, on most Keysight products will be plus. Qualifications This critical role requires the following skills: Technical School or Military PMEL/TMDE or equivalent industry experience Minimum of 5 years related experience in Support of Test and Measurement instruments. RF/ Microwave repair and calibration up to 50 GHz is a plus Excellent troubleshooting and technical skills Calibration and repair service experience of all types of Keysight Test Equipment a plus Experience using automated calibration software platforms a plus. Must have experience in Test and Measurement industry Must have strong verbal and written communication skills to interface with customers and peers. Candidates must be in local area (Redmond Washington) or willing to relocate themselves Must have ability to lift 35 lbs. Pay Range: USD $92,310.00 - USD $153,850.00 Year This position requires access to certain goods, software, technology, or technical data subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations. Under these laws and regulations, U.S. persons (which includes U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees) working for Keysight can access export-controlled items without authorization from the U.S. government.
