Responsibilities

• Follow-Up with company generated leads for Residential prospect

• Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships

• Prospect for new residential homeowners from referrals, new home builders, construction reports, cold-call visits, and canvassing neighborhoods

-Network with customers at sponsored exhibits

-Follow-up with the customer after the installation to ensure proper expectations have been met

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or related field

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

•   High school diploma or equivalent.

• Technical training or certification in machine operation (if applicable).

• Physical ability to lift and move materials.
