Description:

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, WILL TRAIN

Looking for an entry-level electro-mechanical assembler to help build large transformers. The position would include wiring them, installing circuit breakers, contactors, installing sheet metal, circuit boards. Need to be familiar with wiring larger cables-2 AWG (American Wire Gauge) Some lifting but they have a harness to help (needs to be able to lift about 25 lbs).

-Follows work assignments, directions, instructions and Work Order Schedule provided by Production Lead.

-Familiar with wire gauges (AWG).

-Familiar with terminals, pins, lugs and connectors typically used for wire harness fabrication

-Review Assembly Instructions, Engineering Drawings, or Notes on the BOM (where available).

-Use hand crimpers to create discrete wires and harnesses.

-Assemble some electronics subassemblies to install harness

-Maintain a safe and organized work area/room/station.

-Ensure that efficiency requirements/quality standards are met on a regular basis.

-Follow the Safety requirements and all Safety policies.

-Determine job order requirements following the Production priorities.
