Job Description Summary Position engages with team members along with leadership in the operations and maintenance of systems and processes related to the facilities process water and land applications treatment systems. Position engages with the planning and carries out the operational and maintenance activities intended to ensure company remains in compliance with the company and regulatory expectations related to the treatment of the facilities process water generation. As required the position will engage with team members and leadership in problem solving when unplanned activities or events occur to ensure company and regulatory expectations are in place. As these systems operate over extended days and hours the position is expected to be available to engage with team members and leadership in a working environment outside normal business hours. Job Description * Engage with the process water team (disposal and farm) to perform planned comprehensive task to support effective operations of the facilities process water and land application treatment systems. * Engage with process the water team when unplanned events occur to engage with corrective planning and adjust operations accordingly to return to a planned state for ongoing plant operations. * Complete equipment and system record keeping. Support the development of standard and nonstandard reports and documentation. * Operate and ensure that standard work practices are being followed for equipment and systems. * Engage in scheduling and collaborating with maintenance resources in executing planned maintenance, capital and vendor activities. * As needed working with company systems to place orders for parts and outside services which support the ongoing operations. * Utilizing the land application sites irrigation system, collaborate with farming activities to create watering schedules during the growing season which optimizes the application of accumulated process water and crop quality and yields. * Collect and prepare water, soil, and crop tissue samples. * Ensure site security procedures are being followed. * Identify opportunities for long term improvement and reliability engineering to ensure maximum Technical Overall Equipment Effectiveness (TOEE) * Able to maintain organized workspaces, tools, support 5S, center lining and documentation. * Engage in continuous improvement mindsets in all aspects of operations and maintenance of process water treatment systems. * Engage in problems solving by utilizing data and problem-solving methods which allow for reductions in operational and equipment losses.
