Devel a highly effective & prof’l org & provide an environ that fosters communication, empowerment, recognition, integrity, honesty & teamwork; Provide optimum staffing, training, processes, & tools, as well as sufficient & flex capacities to meet schedule reqs & support customer service reqs.
