We're looking for someone with the chops to:

• Lead the Pack: Possess a strong understanding of business management, production processes, and human resources.

• Become a Plastics Prodigy: Have a minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing, preferably with blown film plastics under your belt.

• Mastermind the Machines: Bring a solid grasp of mechanical principles to ensure smooth operation and efficient maintenance.

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is a plus. Previous leadership experience is a must.
