Job Description: We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant. As an HR Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR department by managing various administrative tasks and optimizing HRIS program processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. HRIS Management:

  2. Utilize HRIS software to maintain employee records, process payroll, and generate reports.

  3. Assist in implementing system updates and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

  4. Recruitment Support:

  5. Collaborate with hiring managers to post job openings and manage candidate applications in HRIS.

  6. Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications.

  7. Onboarding and Offboarding:

  8. Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and ensure all required paperwork is completed.

  9. Process employee terminations and conduct exit interviews.

  10. Benefits Administration:

  11. Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.

  12. Coordinate with benefits providers and HRIS to ensure accurate benefit records.

  13. Compliance and Reporting:

  14. Support HR compliance efforts by maintaining up-to-date records and assisting with audits.

  15. Generate HR reports and analyze data as needed.

  16. General HR Support:

  17. Provide administrative assistance to the HR team, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.

  18. Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required

  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour
