Under the supervision of the MHP Coordinator, the Yard Worker will provide services that are intended to assist the household with yard work and small projects to maintain the yard. Duties include: lawn mowing/raking, cleaning up yard debris/trimming overhanging tree branches, removing rubbish, dead branches, etc., installing screens and storm windows, washing first floor outside windows, both installed windows and storms. Must have dependable vehicle, preferably a truck, with valid driver license. Applicant must have strong interpersonal skills, be a team player, able to understand directions and follow through with them with minimal supervision, be physically capable of preforming tasks, willing to perform tasks regardless of perceived degree of importance. Must also have organizational skills, ability to read, and perform mechanical skills. Must also be able to work in inclement weather.  Education: High school graduate or equivalent; minimum 18 years of age.
