Requirements: High School or equivalent + 2 years of relevant experience.

Duties:

Answer all telephone enquiries from customers / sales and process all rental requests. Escalate and communicate professionally & effectively. Plan, arrange and schedule deliveries of projects and driver's day & night shifts. Provide informed directions and specific instructions for driver's deliveries. Schedule and dispatch drivers to render service. Provide continuous monitoring of all drivers in the field. Maintain professional relationships with customers via phone and email. Motivate and manage drivers and provide technical support when needed. Monitoring driver logs, keeping records, addressing problems, and dispatching appropriate team members. Using radio, telephone, or computer to transmit assignments.
