Shift 1 (United States of America) Position Summary: Build machines, equipment and their subassemblies and following the Mechanical layout and the general assembly layouts and other written and verbal specification. Work You'll Do: Recognize problems with designs and parts and take appropriate corrective actions. Recommend improvements for area products and processes. Job report labor correctly and in a timely manner. Practice good communication and interact professionally with customers in the plant Learn to produce quality work in the time frame that consistently meets or exceeds the expectation of Team Lead and Group Lead. Adhere to the 5-S standards in the work area. Communicate any discrepancies' or errors on prints, materials list etc. Interact with the teams on second and third shift to obtain positive results on productivity and quality.
