We are seeking a detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team in Bartlesville, OK . The successful candidate will be responsible for picking materials and assembling kits for production jobs. This role requires a strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.

Pay: $16 per hour

Shift: 1st, M-F

Responsibilities:

1. Pick materials accurately to match pick tickets and bill of materials, ensuring high quality standards.

2. Safely and efficiently move materials to correct staging and Point of Use locations.

3. Assist with inventory-related functions, including stocking and cycle counting.

4. Operate material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

5. Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, including emptying trash and practicing 5S principles.

6. Monitor production workcenters for visual signals and take appropriate actions to prevent stockouts.

7. Fulfill material requests to and from manufacturing cells.

8. Pull orders for subcontractors, warehouses, and other external parties.

Job Requirements:

1. Ability to lift workloads up to 25 lbs and perform regular tasks involving walking, reaching, and bending. Reasonable accommodations will be provided for individuals with disabilities.

2. Forklift driver's license or capability to pass forklift driver's test preferred.

3. Strong ability to plan and execute multiple tasks with minimal instruction.
