The goal of the Aftermarket Inside Sales Representative Supervisor is to train and lead the ISR team in addition to making outbound calls daily in a manner that reflects the companys vision of working as One Professional Team. The ISR team is responsible to establish or re-establish, qualify, and maintain contact with small to medium-sized customers to increase parts and service sales. ISR target customers are generally small construction, landscape, and governmental customers. ISRs proactively manage an account base in an assigned territory, employing a disciplined phone call campaign approach. The ISR team is responsible for coordination of sales activities, qualifying, quoting, and closing the sale. Pay Rate:$70,000.00 base + commission Pay rate is dependent upon education & experience. Lead a team of ISRs to achieve dealer parts and sales growth goals Manages ISR team to ensure 20+ calls per day in addition to PAR achievement of their respective accounts Actively reviews ISR account assignments through coverage studies and makes appropriate coverage changes Maintains and updates customer account information and machine population data Tracks ISR account, territory, and sales goals using our CRM system Makes 10+ outbound calls per day Facilitates the quote and qualification process Ability to manage multiple sales leads and opportunities at any given time Establishes and grows value added, consultative relationships with our customers Develops strong positive relationships with our outside sales representatives and other employees at the company Partners with marketing to targets specific customer groups for sales and promotions Promotes all aspects of the Dealership by promoting sales, parts, service, rental, and Customer Support Agreements for all products and services represented by Wagner Equipment & Wagner Rents Performs simple needs analysis to determine individual customer's needs and provide solutions to fit those needs Knows and can communicate effectively about various Dealer products and services Ability to understand and use multiple programs and systems simultaneously such as SalesLink, DBS, SIS, catdealer.com, Vision Link, SIMSi, etc Other duties as assigned by manager Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervisor for 5 direct reports (ISRs) Monitors ISR calls, coaches, and provides support Provides information and feedback to manager regarding performance of ISRs Performs performance reviews Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED College Degree in any discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience 3-5 years in outbound phone sales preferred 3-5 years administrative/clerical experience 3-5 years cu tomer service experience 3-5 years sales experience Physical Demands & Competencies: Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearing Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing but may require occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds Data Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skills Safety & Product Knowledge Decision Making Planning and Prioritizing Ability to inspire and support others Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Travel Requirements: 1- 25% Work Environment: Noise: Moderate Indoors and Outdoors Other Duties: Job Offers are contingent upon all required pre-employment screenings which may include but are not limited to background checks, drug/alcohol testing, fit for duty testing, and any other job-related tests/screenings.
