The Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) works backwards from our customer’s most complex and business critical problems to build and execute go-to-market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses. As part of WWSO, you'll provide expertise across the entire life cycle of an AWS customer initiative, from developing ideas for new services to accelerating the adoption of established businesses. Key job responsibilities

Do you want to help define the future of Go to Market (GTM) for Amazon Bedrock? In this role, you will be responsible for defining, building, and deploying targeted strategies to accelerate customer adoption of Amazon Bedrock across industry verticals. You will engage with product managers to influence product direction and help our customers tap into new markets by utilizing Amazon Bedrock along with other AWS Services. Amazon Bedrock hosts a number of foundation models, you will be working directly with the model providers around developing joint-GTM plans, joint-customer engagements, external/internal evangelism, and developing demos and proof-of-concepts using Amazon Bedrock.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead GTM to orchestrate sales motions for sales, marketing, partner, product, training, and professional services teams to accelerate adoption of your aligned technology domain.

• Leverage your deep domain expertise to create best in class field enablement and sales strategy.

• Support field teams in solution building for high priority customers.

• Bring market signals back to product teams to drive innovation on AWS product roadmaps.

• Own reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on GTM plan execution.

• Demonstrate thought leadership and be able to credibly represent AWS at industry events, conferences, symposiums, etc.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant GTM, Sales, or Consulting experience

• 2+ years of Machine Learning experience

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.

• Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as internal and external executive stakeholders.

• Experience and success in negotiating deals with customers and partners.

• Understanding of cloud technologies, including public and hybrid cloud platforms.

• Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus.

About the team

The Bedrock Go-To-Market team is a specialized group focused on driving the global strategy for empowering customers to harness the power of cutting-edge Generative AI technology using Amazon Bedrock. We develop innovative programs and content to showcase the boundless business value of this technology for customers, from automating repetitive tasks to supercharging content creation and reimagining customer experiences through more natural conversational interfaces. With sales, we support winning key customers for Amazon Bedrock. We also work closely with world-class AI model providers, ISV partners, and Systems Integrators to build robust offerings that unlock new and pioneering use cases for customers, while also partnering with the engineering teams behind Amazon Bedrock to ensure the future roadmap aligns with real customer needs and feedback.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of business agreements development, negotiation and execution experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or GTM strategy roles, preferably in the AI/ML or enterprise software industry.

  • 2+ years of Machine Learning experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
